a day off.

When it’s been a tough week, you gotta get a break and leave the house to get some fresh air.

I visited a few of my dad’s relatives in Pattani, Thailand and they were so nice to us that we had a friendly chat and ate some snacks with them. As you all should know, it’s nice when visitors come, you should always treat them snacks or tea/coffee/any type of drinks. I didn’t eat much but I did accept their offer. At least my little siblings took a lot of what they gave, hahaha. We only visited because there won’t be another time to visit them once my sister and I leave back to NY.

While I sat at the back and enjoyed some freely music to pass the time while my dad drives, I ate some Korean noodles. Like seriously, this noodle makes me want to drool. Everytime I make them, I intend to drool and my stomach starts to growl like crazy. I’m actually drooling right now as I’m typing all this hahahahaha. They’re expensive but it’s worth buying! ❤

We went to Big C and bought lots of things for the house. I bought a few snacks and cake for my little Arash’s birthday. I loved the pound cake that they sold. After shopping, we went back home and brought in the groceries and relaxed while eating the snacks, lol. What a day it was.

During the evening, I continued on the My Hero Academia drawing collage.

I’m happy on how it is turning out so I wanted to make part two of this because it didn’t fit everyone else on the first one.

I’m always busy with home duties. But once I get back to the States, let’s hope I’ll have some vlogs up on my channel then and show you my days there in NY. It will be tough since I’m gonna be jetlagged for a couple of days. Well, that time will come soon. I’ve moved to August if you guys haven’t known yet. (ofc you guys don’t know, lol😂) It should have been in the month of July but the price was high and moving to August is a bit cheaper. We cancelled that one and though about going on the month of August, which is okay for me since we have to start saving our money.

My sister and I have been making some progress on painting. As you can see, the cremé color… well, actually it’s called ‘Lily White’ works really well with the brown column. My dad loves the color of brown and white together since he has a love of wood. Do you guys like the way it looks?

update on the last week of July.

Days have gone by and most of my little siblings had the flu and had to stay at the hospital. I had to prepare food, clean the house, do laundry, and help my dad with the other house. While my mom is away to stay at the hospital with the sick kids, I’m on house duty. ╮(╯▽╰)╭ but oh, it was fun cooking and trying new things what to make. I enjoyed it.

After the kids recovered from their fever, I was able to be back on track after four days of their discharge. I’m currently finding a place to stay in NY but it’s not going well because it’s easier to go there and find one by myself than just looking through the internet. My older brother is helping me find and it’s uhhh going great, I suppose? Haven’t gotten any updates from him to be honest. He’s been busy working and doing “other” things, which I can understand.

I’ve been continuing drawing and I’ve never felt so good.

I did make a video on my fast sketch on All Might from the anime ‘My Hero Academia’. I’m enjoying this anime so much till the point where I want to marry it, lol, don’t kill me. There’s just a lot of things going on and I cried a lot from the touching scenes. If you haven’t watched the anime, please do watch it but if you want it more serious, I recommend the manga since it’s more detailed within the story it provides. Anyways, I drew Iida-san to join in this little adventure and I will add more characters on the other page as well.

House update:

The worker has been coming and doing things little by little on the house. This week, he’s been making the design of the columns upstairs where the balcony is. This room is one of my favorites.

Now, after painting the primer onto the wall twice – I can finally do the final paint. The paint is like a cremé color, it works well with the wood that my dad placed mostly around the house. We are still using the leftover paint that we last did on our other house my dad built. White will be painted only at the kitchen since my mom prefers white there. I agree with her, lol.

There’s still a lot to do downstairs and outside, so the house might finish next year, let’s hope.

I just finished watching all the anime that I haven’t gotten to watch, and I’ve finally caught up on all of them! 💚

• Food Wars! season 4 – can’t wait for the continuation of this series, it’s so good!
• One Piece – Bege laughed and I laughed =￣ω￣=
• Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia) – tears dropped… a lot, All Might is just an amazing hero
• Wotaku ni koi wa Muzukashii (Love is hard for a Otaku) – this anime is just relatable and I just adore Nifuji~
• And lastly, my current favorite anime is Megalo Box – Gearless Joe will win! I think Yuri will be in so much pain due to his condition, let’s just wait for the last episode.

This Spring’s anime was great, looking forward to Summer’s anime~

painting the new house + how it looks

Hey guys~

During the month of Ramadan, it was challenging to paint and fast at the same time. But I only paint the house in the morning while in the afternoon, I rest. There are some places where I couldn’t reach or didn’t want to paint because I’m afraid of heights, my dad was able to find someone to do those in my stead (thank youuuu).

To think that we would have to use a long stick attached to a paintbrush to paint the ceiling. Out ladder wasn’t high enough so we were able to manage by our funny contraption. The house is not fully done but we were able to paint since the worker is doing somewhere else in the meantime. When the worker wasn’t here, we painted the furthest room on the second floor first and make our way out.

On the left side of the furthest room, there’s a washroom/bathroom which is quite convenient for the people who sleep upstairs. We still don’t know what will the furthest room will be, maybe it will be the laundry place, not sure. Anyways, my dad told us to not paint at least 3 inches from the bottom because my dad will place a wooden thing, not sure what’s it called haha. This room won’t be actually white but more of a “lily white”. It’s similar to white but more of a yellowish color since it will work well with the wooden thing on the bottom of the walls. On the left side, there are two little rooms for people to sleep in. As you may know, the 2nd floor will be all wood and I think it will have a nice touch within the paint I will be using.

Outside of the bathroom, the furthest room will have tiles since I don’t want to ruin the wood. What I like about wood is just that it’s shiny and my dad has worked on at the other house my dad built with wood and it looks gorgeous. There were problems with the wood because these “termites” bit them off a little and made the wood fall apart. We forgot about these bugs and the worker is going to fix them as soon as possible since I don’t want anyone to fall or get hurt.

Windows will be displayed once half of the house is done, it’ll take time since I only have one worker working on the whole house, lol. So, you’re wondering why only one? Well, he’s an expert in wood and he’s someone that my dad likes. Every other person who worked for us in the past are not that good in wood stuff.

Painting is pretty fun when you got a sister painting with you and just talk. Time goes by fast when you’re having fun. I’ve painted at my other house so it’s something that I’m used to. This is convenient because I wish to have my own house and design it how I want it. I’m rooting for myself, lol.
